SDR Team Lead up to $100k base

- They have over 2000 customers globally and 6 million eLearning users
- Their platform uses creative content as well as high tech to give their users the best learning experience
- Recently went through a MAJOR acquisition meaning they are in their hyper-growth stage (what a time to join)
- The role pays between $80-100k on the base with 50% commission on top
- Offices across EMEA and North America but the role is fully remote
- Managing a team of 4 across the US
- Main focus will be on the outbound motion
What we need from you
- Previous experience as an SDR Team Lead or Player Coach position
- Experience in SaaS selling
- Based in ET or CT time zone
- Creative mind, someone who thinks outside the box
- Someone who believes in people and is the ultimate manager
- Team player attitude (a must)
- Someone who cares about personal and team development
