Freelance Job Opportunity: IS Tester (TE) – Web-Based Information Systems
Location: Belgium or the Surrounding countries, up to 5 days per month onsite
Duration: Long-term project (initial 1-year contract, renewable – total up to 5 years)
Start: ASAP
Citizenship: Must be an EU citizen
Role Overview
We are seeking an IS Tester (TE) with strong expertise in Web-Based Information Systems testing. The role involves defining and executing structured test activities, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring software quality within a large-scale, international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Define test plans and test cases

Build test scenarios and scripts

Execute manual tests

Coordinate testing activities

Report and document test results
Required Expertise

5+ years in testing technologies, tools, and techniques

5+ years hands-on in manual testing

5+ years with Test Management Tools

5+ years with Defect Tracking Tools

3+ years in test data preparation (preferably with SQL databases)

3+ years using Confluence and Jira
Knowledge & Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong documentation and reporting abilities
