SAP Programme Director - S4 HANA - Nordics
The SAP Programme Director will lead our engagements to transform our client’s businesses with the support of SAP S/4 processes and technology. You will be the main point of contact for delivery and will play a key role in board level governance, often chairing or co-chairing steering group and programme board meetings, as well as leading the delivery teams by example. We are seeking a hands-on SAP Programme Director/Transformation Leader with a passion for delivery, in-depth knowledge of SAP’s solutions, and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP programmes.
Leadership: The presence and judgement to lead large teams and complex programmes at a fast pace within evolving multinational companies while maintaining a strong team spirit.
Problem-Solving: A creative mindset and effectiveness in finding solutions to complex business issues.
Communication: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders, galvanize teams, and ensure effective program execution.
Passion: A deep passion for programme delivery and delivery of value-added sustainable solutions based on SAP technology/functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully implement enterprise-level integrated SAP S/4 solutions in a complex client environment.
Be recognised as a mentor for project consultants through their project roles and program-based development process.
Find innovative ways of managing project financials while ensuring client satisfaction.
Leverage project management knowledge across the company as formally recognised by leadership.
Plan, lead, manage, and deliver multiple €10M+ assignments with associated project margins.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope control with c-level clients on complex or large projects.
Successfully manage challenging HR processes, i.e. staffing, assignments, performance management.
Successfully negotiate major project issues.
Identify and grow opportunities and programs.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SAP Programme Director.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP’s functional and technical solutions, within S4 HANA
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods, including Activate.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Business acumen with a strategic ability.
