Job Title: SAP APM Consultant 

Location: Remote from within the EU
Start Date: Within the next weeks
Duration: Long-term contract (rolling)
Rate: depending on experience

Project Context:
We are seeking an experienced SAP APM Consultant to join an ongoing project. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in APM stabilization, configuration, and process optimization, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in similar roles. You will work closely with the internal team to provide expert guidance and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review OSS notes to stabilize APM.

  • Review repair items and define archiving procedures for treated cases.

  • Streamline rules for routes & clearing agreements.

  • Configure and manage calendar usage within clearing agreements.

  • Define and configure queue processing rules.

  • Configure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Configure payment analyzer.

  • Define and implement exception control.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in SAP APM or related functional consulting.

  • Proven track record of system stabilization and configuration.

  • Strong understanding of clearing agreements, SLA management, and payment analyzer configuration.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams.

  • EU-based and eligible to work Hybrid within the EU..

Contract Details:

  • Daily rate: depending on seniority

  • EU-based hybrid work.

  • Immediate start preferred.
