As a Salesforce Solution Architect working in Cloud Technology & Infrastructure, you will play a key role in successfully implementing the company's Salesforce roadmap. You will also be a trusted advisor to their team and business partners and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You'll need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and top-notch people skills to get their ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to build your visions into successful solutions.
In your first few weeks in this Salesforce Solution Architect role, you can expect to:
- Lead design sessions; architect and document solutions that are aligned with our client's business objectives and requirements
- Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
- Decide when and which custom solutions (custom config or custom dev) are necessary
- Oversee implementation and provide hands-on implementation support as needed in the construction and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
To apply for this Salesforce Solution Architect role, you will need a degree in an information technology-related discipline and seven years of experience. An additional four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree. You will also require the following:
- Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
- A minimum of five Salesforce Certifications
- Multi-year experience in complex Salesforce implementations
- Extensive Salesforce hands-on configuration experience
- Experience with Salesforce projects involving large data integration and migration activities as part of project scope.
