Job description

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to work primarily on Service cloud, for one of our FinTech clients. This role is preferred hybrid/remote, so applicants should be within reach of working from one of the following locations; Austin TX, Redwood City CA, SLC UT or Jersey City NJ.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience overall on the Salesforce platform, at least 1-2 years' with Service cloud and experience in SFDC data migration and defining new object structures. 

Salesforce is a core part of the business, used across all operational teams including; Sales, Support, Collections & Marketing.  

In this role you will:

Be the Salesforce Service Cloud expert for the organization
Support existing configuration and continue to refine and improve on system processes
Implement new functionality including custom objects, page layouts, validations, process builder, dashboard, reports & custom development work
Support case management and customer support processes
Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code
Experience working in an agile environment utilizing sandbox architecture to manage releases
Training/Troubleshooting with Salesforce end users and non-users

Experience needed:
    • 1+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud Admin experience 
    • In depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings
    • Experience in supporting & developing customer flows from both the Pre to Post sales support
    • Excellent communication skills & ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
    •  Manage Service Cloud Voice configurations, Einstein Analytics and Insights, Knowledge Base
