Job description
Salesforce Practice Leader needed by our market-leading consulting customer to manage their Salesforce consulting practice and drive the growth of their Salesforce business. The successful
Salesforce Practice Manager will be expected to have full responsibilities for this leading digital transformation consultancy around organizational management and strategy, services delivery, financial performance, sales support, and customer satisfaction.
Ideally this role would best suit someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar position and must have fluency in English and Spanish as the consultancy have a strong presence across both the United States and Latin America.
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will need to have demonstrable experience across the following disciplines:

- Managing a team of Salesforce specialists who will working across different regions to deliver services to clients in the United States.
- Accompanying commercial teams to offer Salesforce services, making presentations and reviewing proposals in front of clients
- Project monitoring and adherence to agreed statements of work
- Follow-up on issues in the operation and escalate when necessary to establish a resolution strategy.
- Managing a P&L (Profit & Loss) as well as developing and adhering to a commercial strategy
