Job description
Duties:
- Work in partnership with clients to grasp their business needs and transform them into scalable solutions using Salesforce.
- Craft and tailor Salesforce applications, specializing in OmniStudio tools such as OmniScript, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, and more.
- Tailor and deploy Public Sector Solutions on Salesforce, targeting the unique requirements and compliance mandates of state and local government entities.
- Employ the capabilities of the Government Cloud to uphold data protection, compliance, and adherence to regulations for public sector clientele.
- Create OmniScripts to simplify processes and improve user interfaces, focusing on efficient operations and user-friendly designs.
- Establish and upkeep integrations between Salesforce and other systems, enhancing data flow and automating processes.
- Offer expert advice on the optimal use of Salesforce technology in the Public Sector, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Lead training sessions and share knowledge to enable clients to effectively use Salesforce.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce updates, capabilities, and industry developments, integrating them into projects and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring Salesforce Service and/or Sales Cloud, ideally gained in a consulting or professional services environment with client engagement.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field; a combination of education and technical expertise is also considered valid.
- Practical experience in developing with Flows and Process Builder.
- A foundational understanding of Apex and SOQL or equivalent Salesforce development tools.
- Proven track record in Salesforce implementation across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Administrator - desirable

- Sales Cloud Consultant - desirable
