• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in development, testing, and deployment; design automation or process improvements
• Build reusable components, templates, and automation patterns that speed up delivery for the broader Enterprise Systems team.
• Support continuous improvement teams by developing and maintaining a library of reusable solution accelerators, frameworks, and technical assets that reduce development effort across the Enterprise Systems organization.
• Partner closely with Business Transformation and Data Solutions to align innovations with business outcomes and data integrity standards.
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Review architecture change proposals submitted by vendors or delivery partners; assess their alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices, providing guidance or recommended adjustments
• Build and deploy technical solutions in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ) with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Design and test integrations using Mulesoft or equivalent API-led tools to streamline cross-system workflows.
• Support analytics enablement by ensuring data structures and syncs are efficient and validated.
• Shape and present the Enterprise Systems innovation roadmap in partnership with IT and business leadership.
• Review new Salesforce releases (triannual and off-cycle) and make recommendations to the development and product teams.
• Evaluate new Salesforce products and capabilities — including emerging clouds, AI features, and platform innovations
Experience needed:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in architecture / solution design - designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds and CPQ - strong understanding of integration patterns and API-led connectivity using Mulesoft or comparable middleware.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP processes (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Fulfillment) and data synchronization across systems.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-ready solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
• Holds 4+ Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect or equivalent, Platform Developer I, Data Architect are preferred.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and iterative solution design.
