Job description

Stott and May has partnered with one of the fastest growing SaaS Vendors in the world, working within the CI/CD Platform and security space, helping recruit for a Sales Operations Consultant to help support their rapidly scaling US sales organization.

We're looking for someone to support Sales and Revenue operations for a sprawling US Sales organization as they continue to grow and develop new processes internally. It would initially be a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of going full time after.

Looking for someone with deep Hubspot CRM knowledge, understanding of B2B SaaS sales workflows, reporting/metrics development, and revenue forecasting. You'd work directly under the VP of Sales in this role. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
  • Comparing individual performances within a sales team
  • Maintaining the CRM, internal Buildkite admin and provisioning orders(finance - at least short term) , Client Success and other sales tools
  • Funnel
  • Lead Assignment
  • Familiarity with AWS marketplace, Tackle and ACE
  • Collaborate with the sales and support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
  • Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support
  • Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
