Join the Strategic Team as a Resilience Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of critical national infrastructure resilience. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to craft an influential whitepaper that will guide industry practices, inform stakeholders, and drive the development of next-generation infrastructure.

As a key thought leader, you will leverage your expertise to synthesise industry parallels, conduct stakeholder interviews, and articulate strategic resilience frameworks that balance technological, operational, and cultural considerations.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in drafting strategy or whitepaper documents.
  • Strong ability to extract and synthesise industry best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading interviews and facilitating discussions to gather strategic insights
  • Knowledge of system resilience concepts at a service level (not necessarily technical, but a solid understanding of resilience principles)
  • Analytical skills to formulate and articulate cost-benefit analyses of resilience approaches
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and authoritative strategy documents
  • Experience working with or understanding of critical national infrastructure environments

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with system resilience frameworks and methodologies
  • Background in risk management, security standards, or business continuity planning
  • Exposure to multi-sector industry standards and resilience strategies
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive sponsors

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Systems Thinking, or related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy development, consultancy, or advisory roles related to resilience, infrastructure, or national security

Other Requirements:
  • Active BPSS clearance is essential, SC clearance highly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and engage with senior client stakeholders
  • Willingness to undertake relevant travel as needed
