Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by setting objectives and measurable results.
  • Offer technical expertise and quality control in client projects, including web assessments and network penetration tests.
  • Oversee project management from start to finish in client engagements.
  • Lead a diverse team of up to 10 security engineers, focusing on their development and retention.
  • Drive internal initiatives and development opportunities.
  • Prioritize employee satisfaction and client service excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years in the cybersecurity sector with in-depth knowledge.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
  • Background in cybersecurity consulting.
  • Experience in offensive security.
  • Proven track record in client-facing and people management roles.
  • Experience leading technical teams.

Additional Attributes for Consideration:

  • Experience with web application and network penetration methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, security solutions, and best practices.
  • Degree in business, computer science, engineering, math, or physics.
  • Certifications like OSCP or OSWE.
