Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships.
- Assess clients' energy hedging needs and recommend optimal strategies.
- Apply market expertise to make well-informed decisions for client portfolios.
- Continuously monitor client positions and performance, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Host regular market update calls to explain developments and their impacts.
- Create daily wholesale market reports for clients.
- Engage in contract renewals and sales activities.
- Accurately record all trades in a timely and compliant manner.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide support to the Flex Optimisation team as required.
- In-depth understanding of wholesale markets and their drivers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify key issues and opportunities, providing effective support and insights.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Highly self-motivated with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
