Our client, a High-Growth SaaS organization in the Conversational AI Space, is seeking a Platform Consultant looking to kick start their career.
This organization is an award-winning Leader in AI Conversational Commerce, who are going through a massive growth spurt courtesy of a $25M VC investment. They've developed and brought to market one of the most comprehensive SaaS platforms in today's market, allowing business users to create, configure, design, monitor and optimize digital sales assistants - finding huge success with a number of enterprise clients.
They're urgently looking for their next Platform Consultant to come into a high velocity, well-supported environment and take them to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the organization, all the while having the flexibility and autonomy to put your fingerprint on the role and the way the team does business. Supported by a world-class CCO, you will become a respected, trusted advisor to their customers - supporting them through a rapid delivery process and successful go-live.
Candidates for this role can be completely remote across the East Coast (US).

Skills and Experience
- 1 - 2 years Implementation experience
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Ability to work in a fast paced start-up
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Success background is plus
