Payroll Specialist – EMEA
**Must have experience of France, Germany and UK Payroll**
My client a growing enterprise AI company, has a team of over 2500 professionals, spread across more than 25 countries, this role will see you act a the EMEA Payroll specialist and provide subject matter expertise to the client across the designated countries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycle for several EMEA locations
- Review and reconcile payroll data
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless integration between payroll, HR & Finance systems
- Ensure payroll compliance with regulations in all jurisdictions
- Address employee payroll inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Work with external payroll service providers and stay informed about industry trends
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for payroll within project workstreams as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, legislation, and best practices in several EMEA locations
- Experience with global payroll providers and audit leadership
- Process design and documentation skills
- Proactive and analytical approach to work
- Fluency in spoken and written English (knowledge of other languages is desirable)
