Payroll Analyst (ADP Workforce Now / Excel) – Farmingdale, NY – Full Time

My client, who is a leading consumer goods company, is currently looking to on board an experienced Payroll Analyst, with experience in ADP Workforce Now as well as Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.).
This is an on-site role in my client’s offices located in Farmingdale, NY. Those based locally or willing to relocate are thus viewed as a preference.
Due to client industry, those holding U.S. Citizenship or a valid Green Card are encouraged to apply.

Salary – $65k-$85k Per Annum + Benefits

The Role/Candidate:
- Individuals must have experience with ADP WFN, Reporting skills and advanced Excel skills
- Excel Skills – VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Coming up with solutions in order to manipulate data etc.
- This role will see you communicating regularly with Senior Management, so strong communications skills are key
- This position will do a variety of payroll functions to support the Manager and Supervisor of the payroll department as needed
- Experience processing payroll preferably with commissions
- Familiar with different types of commission structures
- Ability to create and run custom reports in ADP WFN
- Verify new hires are correctly entered into ADP Onboarding and check other Payroll Admin’s entries
- Setting up and maintaining a PTO accrual system within ADP WFN
- Excellent customer service skills for active and terminated employees. Must be a team player.
