Job description

Our client, a Series-A AI Cyber Security Vendor, is actively looking for their Founding Partnerships Lead to join our rapidly growing team who will be a key driver in our strategy across product partnerships, channel partnerships and everything in between. In this role, you will define and build their full partner strategy, expand that ecosystem, improve customer experience, and spur growth for the business and it's partners. 

This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of one of the most exciting start-ups that is unlocking the adoption of LLMs for Enterprises. 

YOU WILL:

  • Build a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving LLM market, how the LLM Infrastructure stack is evolving, our client's role in that stack, and the partnerships we should strike across channels and products to deliver greater value to our customers. 
  • Deeply understand how their product works and work closely with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and the Executive team to problem solve and deliver on objectives by leveraging partnerships.
  • Own the entire deal process, from finding the right partners, negotiating the deals, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership
  • Ensure the success of your partnerships by defining KPIs and growth targets by which we will measure success
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop robust co-marketing campaign strategies with partners with defined goals and KPIs
  • Identify and develop new offerings to collaborate with our partners to drive industry leadership and new business opportunities
  • Engage partners via comprehensive joint GTM plans, product updates & QBRs (for high-priority partners), amplify our brand, and position as thought leader via webinars and co-marketing
  • Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as the partnerships grow and evolve with changing business priorities on both company and the partners’ side

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development, OEM Sales or Partnerships 
  • Experience building cross-domain partnerships across GTM and Product is strongly preferred
  • Commercially minded with clear communication style, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills
  • Drive to execute with speed
  • Experience building partner ecosystems in collaboration with sales, product and technical teams
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
  • Experience with Partner Marketing and Activation with a proven track record of relationship-building and management
