Job Title: Digital Healthcare Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Healthcare Partner with a proven track record of success and at least $2M in portable business to expand our growing practice.

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the firm's Digital Healthcare practice, focusing on providing strategic legal counsel to clients in the digital health, telemedicine, and healthcare technology sectors.
  • Leverage existing relationships and business to drive new client acquisitions and deepen existing client engagements within the digital healthcare industry.
  • Provide high-level legal advice on regulatory compliance, data privacy, healthcare transactions, intellectual property, and emerging issues in digital health.
  • Collaborate with other partners and practice groups within the firm to cross-sell services and develop comprehensive legal strategies for clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital health law, including regulations and industry trends, to provide proactive and forward-thinking counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction where the position is based.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on digital healthcare, telemedicine, and healthcare technology.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a successful book of business, with at least $2M in portable business.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, HITECH, FDA regulations, and other relevant federal and state laws.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client needs in a rapidly evolving industry.
