Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

Salary: £75,000
Location: Crawley, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Permanent

An established organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to join its finance technology team. This is a key role focused on delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials solutions, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement.

The Role

You will bring a strong blend of functional finance knowledge and Oracle Fusion technical expertise, playing a leading role in implementations, enhancements, and ongoing operational support across Oracle Fusion Financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership and guidance across Oracle Fusion Finance modules

  • Design, configure, and customise Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business requirements

  • Produce and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and configuration guides

  • Manage deliverables, priorities, and timelines within finance system projects

  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and custom development

  • Lead and support testing, quality assurance, and post-go-live activities

Required Experience & Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials

  • Strong functional knowledge of modules including:

    • General Ledger

    • Accounts Payable

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Cash Management

    • Fixed Assets

  • Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance applications

  • Ability to align Oracle Fusion solutions with end-to-end finance processes

  • Experience in testing and validating Oracle Fusion Financials configurations

  • Awareness of Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new functionality

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working model

  • 3 days per week onsite in Crawley
