About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Open Text Administrator to join a team in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and optimization of Open Text Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our OpenText applications align with business objectives and provide efficient document and information management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the administration and optimization of OpenText EIM solutions within the organization.
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of OpenText applications, including deployment, configuration, user management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and security compliance.
  • Ensuring OpenText applications align with business objectives and provide efficient document and information management capabilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to established best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Open Text product releases and functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with OpenText Content and Archive Server solutions.
  • Proven understanding of OpenText EIM functionalities and administration procedures.
  • Possession of a relevant OpenText certification related to Content and Archive Server (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment.

Additional Information:

  • Physical presence in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, is required once a week.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work are essential.
  • Experience with other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems is a plus.
