Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize data and visualization to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to offer data-driven answers and insights to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Maximize statistical and predictive analytics to track and report trends in acquisitions, subscriber retention, site traffic, and more.
  • Optimize marketing performance through improved attribution and spend allocation.
  • Validate strategies for improving website conversions, new customer acquisitions, and existing customer lifetime value.
  • Design, implement, and communicate the results of A/B tests to enhance acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Champion analytics capabilities and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance the analytical e-commerce environment to ensure data integrity and skill development within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, statistics, applied math, economics, marketing, or business administration).
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in an analytically based function, such as quantitative marketing or analytics.
  • Experience providing consumer-focused product insights in an e-commerce business with subscription retention metrics is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, site analytics, and experiment design (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Order Management Systems for data pulls and analysis.
  • Bonus qualifications include experience analyzing big data sets, predictive modeling, Excel expertise, and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
