About the role:
The role of Manager, IT Network, is to manage all aspects of the organization's IT Network and Telephony infrastructure.
The role ensures the proper engineering, build, and smooth and fluid operation of WAN, LAN, SDWAN, and Telephony infrastructure for the entire organization. Leading a team of 5-15 team members, the Manager, IT Network, will ensure the effective and efficient delivery and major incident support of IT Networks & Telephony following defined processes, controls, and within all cyber-security guidelines.
Ideally for this role we are looking for candidates in Ontario, Canada but also open to most US states.
Your experience:
• Minimum of 5-10 years working in IT, with at least 2-3 years at some managerial level
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the Energy/Utilities vertical sector would be beneficial
• B. Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge in Cisco ACI/Cisco FTD FW/Cisco Routers/Cisco Switches
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge in Voice Gateways/PRIs/SIP
• Demonstrated experience in building/managing WAN/LAN
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge in Cisco SDWan
• Demonstrated experience with IT incident/change/problem/CAB management

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 CAD per annum.
