Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Consultant to support and enhance a digital workplace environment. You will work within the Office Services team to deliver high-quality SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365 solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and business value across the organisation.

Microsoft 365 & SharePoint

• Design, configure, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites
• Manage document libraries, metadata, lists, taxonomy, and search (PnP Modern Search)
• Customise user interfaces with web parts and modern pages
• Plan and execute SharePoint migrations across environments

Power Platform

• Build automated workflows using Power Automate
• Develop and support PowerApps integrated with SharePoint and other data sources
• Ensure usability, quality, and maintainability of solutions

Automation & Scripting

• Automate M365 and SharePoint tasks with PowerShell (PnP / Microsoft Graph)
• Manage SharePoint and M365 artefacts (sites, lists, libraries, columns, etc.)

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Implement and enforce security and compliance policies across M365, SharePoint, and Teams
• Support application governance, versioning, documentation, and testing

DevOps & Collaboration

• Apply CI/CD and DevOps best practices using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and related tools
• Partner closely with security, operations, and infrastructure teams
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

• Strong command of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
• Power Automate and PowerApps development
• SharePoint Online administration and SPFx experience
• PowerShell automation and scripting
• Familiarity with M365 security, auditing, and governance
• Knowledge of .NET Core API development
• Experience with SharePoint migrations

Tools & Platforms

• CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Jira, Vault
• Observability: ElasticSearch, DataDog, Prometheus
• Development: Visual Studio, VS Code
• Infrastructure & Integration: S3, Kafka, Control-M
• Documentation: Confluence
• Authentication: Azure AD, LDAP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
