Their cybersecurity and data privacy practice is at the forefront of helping clients navigate the ever-evolving legal challenges of the digital age.

They are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Partner to join their team. This is an opportunity to work with industry leaders, shape the growth of their cybersecurity practice, and serve a diverse, sophisticated client base. As a Cybersecurity Legal Partner, you will be instrumental in expanding their cybersecurity and data privacy practice. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a network of accomplished attorneys across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal counsel on cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance matters, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and global regulatory frameworks.
  • Advise clients on incident response, breach investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.
  • Develop and implement proactive cybersecurity risk management strategies for clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and government.
  • Leverage your expertise and industry connections to bring in and manage a portable book of business of at least $1 million annually.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership and other partners to shape the direction and growth of their cybersecurity practice.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and legal developments in cybersecurity and data privacy to provide cutting-edge insights to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a robust focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, and/or technology law.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a portable book of business generating at least $1 million annually.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations, risk management practices, and industry standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to business development and firm growth.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.
