Key Qualifications:
- Agency Experience: Background in working with agencies, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of theme builds, Shopify and GraphQL APIs, and adeptness in JavaScript/React.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in front-end development with a well-rounded knowledge in full-stack technologies. Must be familiar with new Shopify Plus builds, SDLCs, and sprint cycles.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing focus, efficiently transitioning between tasks with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside highly skilled Tech Leads, demonstrating the capability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
X-Factors (Nice to Have):
- Proficiency in complex and JavaScript animations, Canvas, checkout extensibility, quick learning of Shopify Functions, React in Shopify Plus environments, and experience with headless architecture are highly regarded.
- A track record of excellence on the agency side, especially in developing extensible, innovative solutions.
