Lead Salesforce Administrator – Remote (EST)
We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Administrator for one of our FinTech clients. This is a full-time, permanent position – with an annual salary of $105,000 - $125,000. Work can be performed remotely, but candidates MUST be based on the East Coast, USA.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Platform Owner and Delivery Manager – documenting, testing and rolling out new modules – as well as overseeing the adoption of key features for the internal Salesforce platform.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Platform Owner and Delivery Manager – documenting, testing and rolling out new modules – as well as overseeing the adoption of key features for the internal Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support training and onboarding of business users to the system, driving adoption for existing apps and features
- Salesforce configuration (Page Layouts, Lightning Pages/Apps, Profiles, Permission Sets, Dashboards, Custom Permissions / Metadata Tables / Objects)
- Create and maintain documentation
- Groom and prioritize backlog
- Maintain Project Tracking tools and Configuration Workbooks, execute system audits
- User support and troubleshooting
- QA testing with new features / platform changes
- Bulk Data Updates
- Salesforce Certifications (ideally Administrator and Platform App Builder)
- Experience leading multiple E2E implementations / full lifecycle projects (at least x3)
- Experience working in customized environments with Salesforce automation
- Sales Cloud configuration experience as well as Flows, Data Loader, Excel
- Experience with Sandbox Management, DevOps, CRMA, JIRA, Project Management
- Service Cloud experience, preferred
- Understanding of Platform Events; SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, LWC and experience with the latest tooling for Salesforce optimization
- Experience supporting a SaaS/subscription-based business preferred
