Lead Enterprise Architect - Digital Consumer Products/ Team Management

A Lead Enterprise Architect is required by a global organisation, in Oxfordshire where you will be responsible for the Digital Consumer Product Architecture across this client's product portfolio. This is an exciting, strategic and pragmatic leadership role where you will be required to collaborate with, communicate, and influence senior stakeholders, as well as line manage, coach and lead a small team of Architects.

As the Lead Enterprise Architect you will work together with product leaders to develop and evolve this client's digital product portfolio, with a focus on strategic direction. You will work with architecture colleagues to ensure that the needs of the Digital Product portfolios are reflected in the architectures of cross-functional domains (e.g. data & information, integration, security, infrastructure) and leverage practices such as continuous foresight, innovation and futurism to continuously test Architecture strategies, roadmaps, and models, and determine how to adjust these to become resilient and future-fit.

Along with a background working as a Lead Enterprise Architect, with essential team management experience, you will also have the following:

• Strong Digital Customer Product architecture experience
• Innovation and strategy planning & development in a mid to large sized organisation
• Experience working in environments where agile methodologies and practices are used
• Good experience of the customer-facing world i.e. experience products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, credible at all levels with a proven ability to work and influence at C-suite level.
• A track record of leading and developing high performing teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals
• Knowledge and understanding of leading technology suppliers with a strong external perspective on developments and trends in technology

2 stage interview, and decision
Required to be onsite in Oxford 2 days per week.
