IT Support Engineer - MDM/ Networking
3 days onsite/ per week 

An IT Support Engineer, with a passion for technology is required by an ambitious organisation, in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong appetite to grow, and support their global teams with IT setup and issues. 

As the IT Support Engineer you will have strong experience in the following area's:

- Networking - understand networking and how to patch switchers/ routers and ensure the company are always connected to the WiFi
- Ticketing system experience - ideally Jira service management or similar (eg: Freshdesk) 
- Windows and Mac exposure 
- MDM - device management, for both Windows and Mac (eg: Intune for Windows, ideally Modelfuse/ Jamf for Mac)
- Ideally experience with assets procurement with the ability to establish good relationships with IT suppliers
- Administering and configuring Google workspace and Microsoft
- Excellent patience and ability to keep your composure in stressful situations. You need to be ok with the fact that you may face the same IT issues again and again.
