My client, who is a leading financial services company, is currently looking to on board an experienced and Senior I.T. Support specialist with strong hands on experience within both Zoho and Google Workspace.
This is an on-site role in my client’s offices located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Those based locally or willing to relocate are thus viewed as a preference.
Due to client industry, those holding U.S. Citizenship or a valid Green Card are encouraged to apply.

My client is seeking a highly capable IT Manager/Support Specialist. An individual with a strong background in both hardware and software support.

The Role
My client is seeking a highly capable IT Manager/Support Specialist. An individual with a strong background in both hardware and software support.
The 2 Key Areas are:
- Zoho Administration (CRM and Voice) experience is required – Loose scripting, custom functions, workflow automation within the Zoho sphere etc.
- Equally, experience is required within Google Workspace – Again, custom functions, scripting, formulas, back end of google sheets/docs, familiarity with running the admin console of google itself etc.
- Oversee and manage company-wide use of Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice, including troubleshooting workflows, rules, and configurations
- Install, configure, monitor and maintain company software and hardware including PCs, laptops, TVs, and local server
- Support and guide employees in using technology efficiently
- Oversee system backups, data integrity, and cybersecurity measures
- Recommend system improvements and implement strategic solutions to technical issues
- Ensure compliance with data handling regulations and company policies
- Control IT-related costs and manage the IT budget
- Handle vendor relationships and manage contracts for software and development platforms
- Lead IT staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate IT operations and plan for future technology needs
