Identity Access Management and Digital Trust Lead

What You'll Bring to the Table
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Identity Access Management frameworks, policies, and standards
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Privilege Manager, and similar solutions
- Strong understanding of access controls, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management
- Proficiency in implementing and managing security policies aligned with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, define SOWs, and oversee service delivery
- Ability to analyse access-related risks and respond effectively during security incidents
- Experience in developing and enforcing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and orphan account mitigation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity audits, regulatory regimes, and compliance assessments
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
- Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams within global organizations
- Understanding of emerging IAM trends and innovative security solutions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on IAM leadership roles
- Hands-on experience managing IAM systems in complex, multi-site environments
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic security roadmaps and governance frameworks
