Stott and May is working with a Global Legal Firm as they build out their Cyber Security function in their Washington DC HQ. Roles are Hybrid with the balance initially 2 days on-site until all on boarding etc is completed but can have more WFH after that if desired
On this occasion we are looking to secure an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist. 5+ years in IAM is required, ideally in a lead, management or Architect position. In this role aside from the day to day IAM activities you will be heavily involved in the RFP process to completely revamp the IAM posture within the business, a project you will then be paramount in when it takes off.
Some things we would like to see in your experience:
- Hands on experience evaluating and assessing how the current IAM is going. Providing KPIs to track and improve the IAM etc
- Hands on experience with identity life cycle management. You must know entire life cycle from when an employee starts the business and the creation of identity to termination.
- Understanding of managed group access, resource access, service account, etc.
This role will appeal to someone who has the knowledge of IAM and now wants to put it to the test in a global scale within the Legal Profession
No specific IAM tools are required but the company is mainly a Microsoft House
