-
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure data integration with existing platforms.
-
Develop and implement training, knowledge-sharing, and change management strategies to drive adoption.
-
Ensure system performance and data governance standards are met post-launch, including user access management and regulatory compliance.
-
Manage and mentor HRIS/reporting team members.
-
Promote continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and delivering process automation where possible.
-
Lead data migration and validation initiatives, ensuring the secure and accurate transition from legacy systems.
-
Document lessons learned and contribute to future HR technology planning.
Experience & Skills:
-
5+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, talent management, or learning systems, with demonstrated involvement in implementation and system administration.
-
Deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and core people processes.
