Head of Revenue Operations

Stott and May are working with a fast-growing SaaS security leader in the Web3 ecosystem, dedicated to helping organizations safeguard their operations with innovative, intelligence-driven solutions. Following a successful Series A funding round, they are scaling thoughtfully and focusing on building efficient, revenue-driven strategies that support sustainable growth.
They are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to drive alignment, efficiency, and data transparency across all revenue-generating teams. This senior role will partner directly with the VP of Global Revenue to optimize processes, systems, and insights that accelerate performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Role Overview:
The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for enabling operational excellence across the entire revenue engine. You will design scalable systems, streamline cross-team workflows, and provide the insights needed to achieve ambitious growth goals—all while operating with a practical, resource-efficient approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and maintain scalable processes, infrastructure, and tools that support revenue growth and team efficiency.

CRM Ownership: Optimize and manage the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring clean data, strong reporting, and actionable insights.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with the VP of Global Revenue to improve sales workflows, shorten deal cycles, and increase pipeline effectiveness.

Marketing Operations: Strengthen alignment between marketing and revenue goals through improved lead scoring, performance tracking, and funnel optimization.

Revenue Analytics: Build and present dashboards, reports, and models that highlight trends in forecasting, pipeline health, churn, and overall revenue performance.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Create processes and systems that enhance collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a unified go-to-market motion.

Budget Stewardship: Recommend cost-effective tools and operational strategies that drive high impact without overspending.
Requirements:
Experience:

3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology environment.

Demonstrated experience configuring and optimizing CRM platforms and managing revenue technology stacks.

Strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem is highly advantageous.
Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with experience working deeply with revenue metrics.

Knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, and marketing funnel analytics.

Excellent project management and process optimization skills.

Strong communication abilities, especially when working cross-functionally and presenting insights to leadership.
