Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing a detailed product strategy and roadmap for the AI-Powered IT and Enterprise Workflow product suite, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product directors and managers, cultivating an environment of innovation and excellence.
  • Conducting thorough market research and customer analysis to grasp market trends, customer needs, and competitive positions, turning these insights into effective product strategies.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success) to define product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure successful product releases.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and strategic priorities.
  • Liaising closely with engineering teams to guarantee the timely and high-quality development of products, clarifying product requirements, addressing issues, and managing development priorities.
  • Overseeing the product development lifecycle, including planning, requirements definition, UX design, and validation.
  • Monitoring key product performance metrics to assess effectiveness, pinpoint improvement areas, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities and maintain the innovative edge of product offerings.
  • Acting as a product evangelist, showcasing products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, and gathering valuable feedback.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 10 years of product management experience, with a documented history of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry, including IT service management, operations, asset management, and governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and nurturing a team of product managers.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting market insights into effective product strategies.
  • A strong business mindset, adept at balancing customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A demonstrated track record of guiding the product development process from concept to launch.
  • A data-driven approach, skilled in analyzing product metrics and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • A passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset, with a keen ability to understand and resolve customer challenges.
