My client are a leading online retailer in the sports sector, They are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of People to join our growing team. In this permanent leadership role, you'll play a strategic role in developing and implementing our people strategy, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions.
What you'll do:
Lead and manage all aspects of the People Operations function, including onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR systems.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Champion a positive company culture built on strong values, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
Oversee [Company's focus on Sustainability/Social Responsibility] initiatives and ensure our people practices are environmentally and socially responsible.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
Implement and maintain effective HR processes and systems to optimize efficiency and compliance.
What we're looking for:
Proven track record of success in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong understanding of all core HR functions (compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations).
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Passion for building a positive and engaging employee experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HR technology and systems.
