We are looking for the Head of Global Key Account Partnerships - Beauty to join our newly formed Global E-Commerce Global Key Accounts Team. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic e-Commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.

The ideal candidate is very comfortable with global accounts/brands senior managements within Beauty industry, proficient in high-level strategic thinking, and deeply passionate about problem-solving and business growth enablement. This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally. The successful candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strategic, and has deep experience leading through influence.

Responsibilities

1. KA services and expansion: Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top global beauty brands senior management at global HQ level and regional HQ level; build and shape the vision, brand growth strategy and approach, global and regional coordination, solutions planning, and success metrics;

2. Planning & Execution: Produce KA-based, Key Metrics-oriented solutions hands-on; participate in the process of design and execution; support the implementation to ensure the completion of the objectives; summarize the blockers, challenges and solutions, methodologies into tangible documents;

3. Analyzing business & objectives: Responsible for KA's seller experience from front end (driving traffic) to back end (operation, fulfillment), identifying areas of improvement in products and services based on data and user feedback; driving the optimization of products and services by building mechanisms and standard processes; Familiar with approaches and policies in the e-commerce industry; provide robust support for growing Key Metrics of the global key brands in US, Europe and Asia, sorting out priorities, and monitoring project progress; analyze the output and efficiency of projects through in-depth analysis and able to produce results;

4. Build communication mechanisms: Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal counterparts to maximize client strategies, engender trust and ensure smooth landing of collaborative projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree and above; 15+ years work experience with 10+ years of experience in team management;
- Proven experience working in global brands and eCommerce platform's key accounts solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of e-commerce, both front end (traffic driving) and back end (integration, operation, fulfillment, governance, etc). Experience with content is a plus;
- Strong capabilities in relationship building; Able to produce effective presentations and influence clients;
- Have experience leading a sizable team and leading via influence of cross-functional partners;
- International work experience is a plus; willingness to travel abroad for business.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $183920 - $361760 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
