Head of Digital Products - HR / Payroll (HCM software)
A Head of Digital Products is required by a globally recognised company in London where you you will work with senior leadership on an overall product strategy for this company's employees. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation who are on a journey to become an agile and product based company, and work as the Head of Digital Products to drive this transformation.
You will be accountable for leading 5 teams (circa 30 people), who sit across the following domains: Finance, Learning, HR/payroll (Workday) and Digital. Alongside these teams, the Head of Digital Products will coordinate the strategic thinking and production of a digital roadmap and ensure the team's deliver this roadmap to cost, time and people constraints.
Along with working in a product leadership capacity, driving the development and direction of an overall product strategy, and managing a large product team to shape the strategies, The Head of Digital Products will also have the following:
- Knowledge and experience of people related technologies - HR/Payroll (HCM software). This organisation roughly have 20 000 users on Workday and therefore this experience would be key.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to push back, if necessary, and manage upwards.
- Good experience owning and managing vendor or third party relationships.
- Expert Agile delivery methods
