GTM Engineer
Stott and May are working with a Web3/Fintech company building the financial stack for the stablecoin economy — creating products and APIs that let businesses and developers access modern, open, and global financial services.
Their ecosystem includes tools for treasury management, global business banking, personal finance, and developer infrastructure — all powered by stablecoin technology.
About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to help us hack traction from the ground up. This isn’t growth ops — it’s engineering distribution: fast, scrappy, and global.
You’ll experiment across channels, build systems that drive adoption, and turn unconventional ideas into scalable growth engines.
What You’ll Do

Build scrappy automations, tools, and workflows to accelerate distribution

Experiment across channels like Reddit, Shopify, X/Twitter, Amazon, and more

Partner with marketing to turn creative ideas into live systems

Develop technical strategies to get our product in front of the right audience

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini) and code to move fast and learn even faster
