Job description
A global software development company is looking to grow their Security Leadership team to manage both Application Security and Data Security teams.
In a rapidly growing company (+50% last year), this position reports directly to the CISO, following a hybrid model (3 days per week) in their global HQ in Tel Aviv.
You will be leading a team of 8 - one Application Security Lead, with 3 application security engineers, and one Data Security Lead, also with a team of 3.
The goal is to improve the integration of the team, making them more focussed and streamlined, so prior management experience will be essential. Given the technical nature of the position, improving the S-SDLC, building internal security tooling, threat modelling data architectures and reviewing source code is necessary.
Someone with a software/data background who has moved into security will be ideal.
Finally, you will work with R&D teams to identify anomalous data for potential avenues of attack, prior experience working with/in R&D teams will be a big bonus, as will any expertise of AI, Big Data or Machine Learning.
