Full-Stack Software Engineer - Energy Tariffs (M.F.D)
Full Remote

Internationally recognised with an award-winning product and currently having a strong consumer business in 18 countries as well as a fast-growing B2B business partnering with some of the market leaders in the energy space as customers
Due to company and team expansion, we are currently looking for experienced Software Engineers who want to be on the forefront of developing scalable solutions for Smart IoT services
Your tasks will include:
Working on new features to let people know future energy prices, see their energy consumption in real-time, or change their tariff details. In short, building the full energy tariff experience.
Championing projects within the team.
Close collaboration with our UX designer, product managers, and other engineers on the team.
Influencing the roadmap and having an impact on the product by sharing your expertise.
Helping other members of the team create their best work.
The tools you will use:
Front-End: Angular and Typescript
Back-End: Kotlin, Spring Boot, and AWS.
GitHub (with Co-Pilot!)
Google Workspace
Requirements
You are product focused: we want to get stuff out the door and into our user's hands. This drives us and it should drive you.
You are able to work across technical domains (front-end and back-end).
You are well-versed in Angular and you have experience with real-life projects.
You are open-minded, confident in getting into new technologies or unknown code bases and willing to look beyond your role and help out where help is needed within the team.
You are conscientious, used to taking the initiative over receiving directions, and can manage your time and focus.
You actively seek opportunities to improve yourself, the working process, your team collaboration, and feedback mechanisms.
You have experience in rapidly introducing incremental change to production systems.
You are effective in explaining complex topics in English, appropriately tailoring your delivery according to your audience.
Having worked with our back-end tech stack (Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS) is a plus.
