5 days a week in office
The company you'll be joining is an early stage seed legal tech company. Despite only launching their product just over 12 months ago, they have developed an international client base and are already generating a 6 figure revenue stream.
This opportunity offers the chance to work with a fast growing business with an exceptional founding team, previously from a range of scale-ups, some of whom have been founding engineers at previously exited businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Build the Core Foundations: You'll be responsible for creating the scalable backbone of the backend systems from scratch, targeting a massive market.
- Develop the User Interface: You’ll design and iterate front-end UX, ensuring the AI systems are accessible and intuitive for users.
- Plan the Product Roadmap: Your insights from customer feedback will help shape the product development to achieve product-market fit as quickly as possible.
- You’ll collaborate with the founding team to build, scale, and define the culture of the engineering department.
About You:
- You have extensive experience in building software to solve complex problems, demonstrated through past experience, designs, or personal projects
Must-Haves:
- Expertise in Python.
- Experience with Postgres
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, particularly with React and Typescript on the front-end
- Experience building and shipping software, ideally in a start-up environment
- Experience within AI setups, ideally with some knowledge of LLMs
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with document editor APIs
- Familiarity with AWS and/or DevOps tooling
