5 days a week in office
The company you'll be joining is an early stage seed legal tech company. Despite only launching their product just over 12 months ago, they have developed an international client base and are already generating a 6 figure revenue stream.
This opportunity offers the chance to work with a fast growing business with an exceptional founding team, previously from a range of scale-ups, some of whom have been founding engineers at previously exited businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in creating new and enhanced AI algorithms
- Take the lead in developing a robust evaluation pipeline that ensures the highest quality AI outputs.
- Research and implement the latest prompting methods to maximise the effectiveness of LLM models and algorithms, driving the success of the AI solutions.
About You:
- You have a strong background in building AI solutions and products, proven through past projects, work experience etc.
Must-Haves:
- Expertise in Python
- Industry experience in deploying algorithms and/or evaluation pipelines into production
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and large language models (LLM)
- Familiarity with back-end development and Postgres databases
- Experience with front-end development (Typescript/React)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Publications at top data/AI conferences or in related fields
- Knowledge of popular LLM evaluation frameworks like OpenAI evals etc is useful!
