Enterprise Architect
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (rolling)
Location: hybrid, 2 days per week in Swindon
Pay: Inside IR35, negotiable rates
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the application roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Establish architecture standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead M&A integration efforts for Branch and Teller systems.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide bi-weekly performance and progress reports to senior leadership.
Your Profile
Required:
- Deep knowledge of TOGAF/Zachman frameworks
- Cloud, microservices, and app modernization expertise
- Strong grasp of banking regulations and security standards
- Influential leadership and C-suite communication skills
Preferred:
- 15+ years in banking/financial services
- Proven experience with Branch/Teller architecture
- M&A technology integration background
