DIRECTOR'S OF ECOMMERCE!
I just partnered up with one of the largest Brand Conglomerate Groups in New York, if you're in NYC you have definitely seen them! With a SHOPIFY focus, they specialize in women's Fashion and Home and Interiors.
Moving through the spring, we need to lock in an experienced Director of Ecommerce with a proven track record!
ESSENTIALS:
-7+ years Ecommerce experience
-Conversion Rate Optimization experience
-A/B testing focus
-Time spent working with development teams, touching Shopify apps and features
-Be able to interpret code (don't need to be able to write it)
-Handling features and roadmaps
-Positive individual, creative, high energy, hungry for success
-Performance Mindset
Compensation + Benefits:
-160-175k base salary
