Senior Data Analyst - Power Platform
Location: London
Stott and May are working with a leading Insurance organisation who pride themselves on innovation and excellence in delivering solutions that empower businesses to thrive in today's competitive landscape.
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst who is proficient in Power Platform to join their dynamic team.
What you will be doing:
• Gather & analyse business requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain apps, workflows, automation processes, and data integrations using the Power Platform tools.
• Work with third parties to deliver API integrations that are robust and effective, to reduce manual processing/re-keying of data.
• Design and build interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide data-driven insights.
• Analyse data to provide both reports and insight using a range of technologies including SQL, Python, and Power Platform.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
• Manage data collection processes with the third parties – ensuring processes are documented and data is delivered to an appropriate level of quality.
• Manage and review the tasks of the junior data analysts – developing into the line manager for junior data analysts.
What you will have:
• Degree educated (minimum 2:1) in a numerate subject.
• Previous experience working within an Insurance is desirable
• Prior experience in a coding language (preferably SQL or Python).
• Experience with Power Platform
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
