D365 Project Manager - Upgrade and Migration experience/ Hybrid working

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (with potential for extension)
2 days required in the office per week

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully managing complex ERP projects? Are you immediately available or available at short notice for an exciting challenge that involves migrating multiple subsidiaries from AX2012 to D365?

My client, a dynamic and innovative leader based in Reading, are embarking on an ambitious project to migrate three Group subsidiaries' ERP applications from AX2012 to D365 across the UK, US, and APAC regions. They are seeking a skilled D365 Project Manager to play a pivotal role in this exciting journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of ERP applications from AX2012 to D365.
- Manage a distributed technical project team across the UK, US, and India.
- Navigate the complexities of legacy customizations and multiple integrations impacting the migration.
- Oversee reporting solutions implementation across Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.
- Leverage JIRA for efficient project tracking and management.

Experience:

- Proven track record managing end-to-end implementation of AX2012 and D365 projects.
- Previous experience with AX2012 to D365 upgrade and migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge/exposure to D365 ERP, including reporting solutions.
- Understanding of the impact of legacy customizations and complex integrations.
- JIRA experience is a plus.
