| D365 F&O Solution Architect Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months+ Location: hybrid, Windsor, 1 day per week on site Pay: inside IR35, up to £600 p/day Overview: We are looking for a seasoned D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to shape and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset and deep technical and business process knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with clients to understand needs and propose effective solutions. - Design and guide architecture transition to industry-standard platforms. - Lead workshops, define MVPs, and contribute to product and architecture roadmaps. - Provide solution oversight from bid stage through to delivery. - Support and mentor team members, sharing best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business value. Skills & Experience Required: - 8+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX), with at least 4 end-to-end implementations. - Strong technical foundation, with deep understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain. - Experience in D365 infrastructure, Azure deployments, integrations, and customisation strategies. - Confident in engaging at executive level and managing client expectations. - Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Energy sector experience is an advantage. Additional Information: - Individual contributor role (no direct reports). - No budget or asset responsibilities. |
