Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Litigation Partner to join our esteemed team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated attorney with a strong background in cyber litigation, data breaches, and cybersecurity compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading complex litigation cases and advising clients on cyber risk management and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of cyber litigation cases, including data breaches, cyberattacks, and regulatory compliance disputes.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Provide expert legal advice on cybersecurity laws, regulations, and best practices to clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their cyber risk exposure and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with developments in cyber law and technology, contributing to thought leadership through publications and presentations.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and marketing strategies to expand the firm's presence in the cyber law sector.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber litigation, data privacy, and cybersecurity law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen and a network of industry contacts.
