Compliance Customer Success Manager – Remote (UK Based)

An innovative company in the security compliance automation sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance their growing team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about maintaining high customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sale customer relationships including adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
  • Deeply understand and navigate the product to support customer activities such as onboarding, training, and ongoing growth.
  • Specialize in various compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to track progress, explore platform optimization, and collect feedback.
  • Achieve critical metrics like NPS and CSAT and meet internal team objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, engineering, and product development to ensure customer needs are met and to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Continuously improve and streamline internal processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in GRC, Risk Advisory, risk management, compliance, or audit.
  • A keen supporter of sales and commercial initiatives with a strong drive for revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Highly collaborative with effective communication skills, balancing team and customer needs.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Independent, driven, and well-organized with a proactive and action-oriented mindset.
  • Thrives in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
