Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, validate, and enhance CRM data quality within the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal sales and business analysis.
- Manage data governance in collaboration with the Group CRM Manager, maintaining high data standards and developing solutions for data integration.
- Contribute to data analysis for sales productivity, business functions, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Play a pivotal role in data management for various projects, including auditing, validation, and integration with AWS and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Facilitate internal and external communication regarding data management updates and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis and governance, with expertise in Salesforce CRM and Tableau CRM/Einstein analytics.
- Knowledge of AWS data management and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Ability to travel occasionally to the corporate office for team meetings.
- Residency within the company's region, including states like Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
